P. F. Chang's recently unveiled their new Fall Seasonal Menu.  The fall menu features a variety of starters & entrees and highlights three of the seasonal ingredients such as pumpkin, quinoa and kale.  To celebrate the new menu,  P. F. Chang's is hosting The Goodness of Fall Contest, challenging aspiring chefs to create at least three unique fall dishes using the ingredients from the fall menu.  The top five recipes will then be submitted to a panel of judges for a chance to win a two night trip to the Napa Valley in the spring of 2014.  Another prize up for grabs is a $50 daily P. F. Chang's gift card.

Create your own fall dishes now using at least three of the seasonal ingredients on the Fall Seasonal Menu and submit your recipe to the Facebook page for a chance to win the Napa Valley getaway.

I like everything on P. F. Chang's menu but the two menu that I am most excited about trying are Crispy Korean Chicken Wings and the Pumpkin Dessert Wontons.  Do you want to know why?  Because I am into chicken wings and wontons.  What fall dish are you most excited to try?
